Ingredients
- 2 Cups Foxnuts (Makhana), roasted
- 2 Ripe Avocados, Diced
- 1 Cucumber, Diced
- 1/2 Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup fresh Cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine roasted Foxnuts, diced Avocados, Cucumber, red Onion, and Cilantro.
- Squeeze Lime juice over the salad and season with Salt and Pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve as a refreshing and nutritious salad.
