Ingredients
- 1 Cup Foxnuts (Makhana), roasted and crushed
- 1/2 Cup Dates, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons Almond butter
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 Cup chopped Nuts (Almonds, Cashews, etc.)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine crushed Foxnuts, Dates, Cocoa powder, Almond butter, and Honey. Blend until it forms a sticky mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the chopped Nuts.
- Roll the mixture into small energy bites and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
