Ingredients
- 2 Cups Foxnuts (Makhana)
- 1 Cup Puffed Rice (Murmura)
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped Onions
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped Cucumber
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped Cilantro
- Tamarind chutney and green chutney for drizzling
- Chaat Masala to taste
Instructions
- Roast Foxnuts until crispy and set them aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Foxnuts, Puffed Rice, Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber and Cilantro.
- Drizzle with Tamarind chutney and green chutney according to your taste.
- Sprinkle Chaat Masala over the mixture and toss well.
- Serve immediately as a crunchy and flavourful snack.
